Refund Eligibility

- Damaged or defective items received

- Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

- Clear photos of the issue required


Not Eligible

- Size or design changes

- Changed preferences

- Incorrect orders (e.g., a typo or misspelling when the order was placed)

- Damaged Items due to improper use and care


Documentation Needed

For quality issues, please provide:


- Well-lit photos showing the problem

- Images of both the product and packaging if damaged

- Original packaging retained

-Damaged items will need to be returned and received prior to refund or replacement
